Band Together Program

The Penn State Health Band Together Exercise Program, developed through Penn State Health, is proudly offered at Trinity United Church of Christ and led by trained volunteers in a friendly and encouraging atmosphere.

Join us every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. for fun, low-impact exercise sessions using resistance bands and gentle movement designed to help improve strength, balance, flexibility, and overall wellness. The program has grown over the years through the enthusiasm and ideas of our participants, creating a supportive group where friendships are formed and everyone is encouraged at their own pace.

These exercises are designed to help reduce the risk of falls, increase mobility, strengthen muscles, and make everyday activities easier — from climbing stairs to carrying groceries and reaching those hard-to-get places around the house. Most importantly, participants enjoy staying active together while sharing laughter, encouragement, and fellowship.

This free community program welcomes all adults, both men and women, regardless of experience or fitness level. Whether you are looking to stay active, improve your health, meet new friends, or simply have fun, we invite you to stop by and see what the program is all about.
