Pre-K’s March News

Happy March! We are one step closer to spring, although, it sure feels like it already!

This month we will focus on some wonderful children’s authors as well as talk about St. Patrick’s Day. The 1st. week of March will be Dr. Seuss Week, ending in a school wide celebration of his Birthday on Friday. Pre-K will then enjoy the stories of Laura Numeroff and the If You Give a Mouse a Cookie series. Let the luck o’ the Irish be with you during the week of March 12th-17th, the kids have already been talking about that sneaky little Leprechaun, I wonder if he will pay a visit to our classroom! Mrs. D’s favorite kid’s books will be the focus of the next week, Elephant and Piggie by Mo Willems, YAY! Finally, helping us leap into spring, will be the books of Eric Carle. It is sure to be a phenomenal month!
